Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds for:

  • Wrong items received
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Manufacturing defects or print quality issues

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Print-on-Demand Products

Because each item is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns due to buyer's remorse, size changes, or color preference. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you're eligible for a refund:

  1. Contact us at info-djp@patriotfitlife.net within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and photos of any damage or defects 
  3. We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days

Return Shipping

1. If we sent the wrong item or the product is defective, we'll cover return shipping

2. For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Exchanges

We're happy to exchange defective or incorrect items for a replacement of the same product. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
